Return Policy

We take great pride in our products at Sweet Briar + Co. and want you to be 100% satisfied with your new purchase for your body and home.

Within each product description all ingredients are clearly listed. Please read ingredient content prior to purchasing. Due to each product having the ingredients clearly listed, Sweet Briar + Co. will not issue a refund due to a conflict with an ingredient as it it clearly listed prior to purchase.

Prior to mailing a return back you must email returns@sweetbriarclothing.com and allow 24 hours processing time for a response. If you have a qualifying return you must ensure it is packaged properly to prevent damage to the product, and must include a copy of the original invoice.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days from when shipment is delivered, and store credit will be issued once the item has been received in the shop.

A refund/or replacement will be given for defective products accompanied with a valid photo/proof of damage.

 All clothing items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged, free from deodorant or perfumes, pet hair, or markings, and original tag still attached 

We do not offer exchanges at this time, if the item does not fit correctly please order the item in your desired size and you may ship the original item back within the 14 day time frame 

All sale items and gift sets are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

If an item is damaged during the shipment process, please contact us so we may file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive insurance reimbursement for the damaged goods.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
